In her role as Operations Specialist, Heidi brings over 22 years of industry experience. She has an extensive client service and operations background with a focus on account reconciliation, compliance, risk management and custodial back-office relationships.
Heidi lives in Chesapeake with her husband, Scott and their dachshund, Remy. They also share three adult children, Sarah, Miles, and Vaughn. Heidi is passionate in her support of animal rescues and the Foodbank of Southeastern VA. She enjoys true crime podcasts, cooking shows, college football (Go Irish!) and taking road trips with her husband.
